{"id":1265,"date":"2015-11-14T19:00:09","date_gmt":"2015-11-15T01:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.peacelcmc.org\/?p=1265"},"modified":"2015-11-14T19:00:09","modified_gmt":"2015-11-15T01:00:09","slug":"mothers-prayer-celebration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.peacelcmc.org\/?p=1265","title":{"rendered":"Mothers Prayer Celebration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mothers Prayer Celebration&nbsp;<br \/>\nMothers Prayer Celebration Introduction:&nbsp;<br \/>\nHannah prays and says, \u201cMy heart exults in the LORD; my strength is exalted in my God.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>My mouth derides my enemies, because I rejoice in my victory.\u201d  I Samuel 2:1.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We compare Hannah\u2019s prayer in 1 Samuel 2:1-10 to Mary\u2019s Magnificat in Luke 1:46-55.&nbsp;<br \/>\nHow does their faith in God\u2019s mystery inspire them to praise?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hannah takes her concerns to the Lord. She appears blessed as one of the Lord&#8217;s chosen. It is interesting that this story begins with Hannah.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Psalm 16 is a symmetric Psalm, five stanzas of two verses each. Although our mortal world is filled with many trials and tribulations, we may still turn to our Lord in prayer for strength and capacity to persevere. We may praise the Lord for the blessings He will bestow upon us as we travel through life.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The concept consistent within Hebrews is that as long as one confesses belief in the Lord, salvation will come to each of them. Ps. 16:1. In your presence there is fullness of joy; in your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Ps. 16:11.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who has promised is faithful. Heb. 10:23.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Then Jesus asked him, &#8220;Do you see these great buildings?
