Teacher, life can sometimes be so uncertain. We love our children as only parents can. Yet when we least expect it, we may find our child on the precipice, illness at the door. This may appear to come out of nowhere. What can we do? <\/em><\/div>\n

<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n
We can fully trust in the Lord our Savior, as he loves us and knows all, especially where we are going as we head down this life journey that we sometimes feel is a great challenge. We fully trust that through Him, in Him and with Him, we will be delivered from all iniquity to life everlasting.  We Pray … <\/em><\/span><\/div>\n

A Series of Prayers acknowledging our faith in the Lord, His love for us and our children.  As Scripture states <\/em><\/span>Jesus said, \u201cLet the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.\u201d Matt. 19:14.  Trust in Him. <\/span>May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you <\/span>trust<\/b> in H<\/span>im<\/b>, so that <\/span><\/span>you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. <\/span> Rom. 15:13. <\/b><\/div>\n

Lord Jesus Christ, Good Shepherd of the sheep, You gather the lambs in Your arms and carry them in your bosom: We commend to Your loving care this child.  Relieve his<\/em> pain, guard him<\/em> from all danger, restore to him<\/em> your gifts of gladness and strength, and raise him<\/em> up to a life of service to you.  Hear us, we pray, for Your dear Name’s sake. <\/span><\/div>\n

Almighty Lord our heavenly Father, graciously comfort Your young servant in his<\/em> suffering, and bless the means made use of for his<\/em> cure.  Fill his<\/em> heart with confidence that, though at times he<\/em> may be afraid, he<\/em> yet may put his<\/em> trust in you; through Jesus Christ our Lord. <\/span><\/div>\n

Recovery <\/span><\/div>\n

O Lord of heavenly powers, by the might of Your command You drive away from our bodies all sickness and all infirmity: Be present in Your goodness with Your servant, that his<\/em> weakness may be banished and his <\/em>strength restored; and that, his<\/em> health being renewed, he <\/em>may bless Your holy Name; through Jesus Christ our Lord. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Lord, Your compassions never fail and Your mercies are new every morning: We give You thanks for giving our brother<\/span> <\/span>both relief from pain and hope of health renewed.  Continue in<\/span> <\/span>him<\/em>, we pray, the good work You have begun; that<\/span> <\/span>he<\/em>, daily increasing in bodily strength, and rejoicing in Your goodness, may so order<\/span> <\/span>his<\/em> <\/span>life and conduct that<\/span> <\/span>he<\/em> <\/span>may always think and do those things that please You; through Jesus Christ our Lord. <\/span><\/div>\n
