Holy God,
\nyou have called us to follow in the way of your risen Son,
\nand to care for those who are our companions,
\nnot only with words of comfort, but with acts of love.
\nSeeking to be true friends of all, <\/span><\/div>\n
Receive these prayers, O God,
\nand transform us through them,
\nthat we may have eyes to see and hearts to understand
\nnot only what you do on our behalf,
\nbut what you call us to do
